Sometime in the early days of becoming photographers we knew Frédéric Bouget, a handsome Frenchman with an interesting face. He was a friend sweetly posessed of a certain calm which lent itself well to posing for a couple of fledgling photographers.

Eventually we moved to Atlanta and Fred returned to France and we kept in touch sporadically.
We hadn’t seen him in more than 10 years when chance brought him to Atlanta to spend a few days with us.
