On the streets... a night shoot

The Atlanta Streetcar is having a test run tonight and we are covering it as part of the 'Where Atlanta' photo assignment. Safety meeting at 10PM- rolling at TBA on Auburn Ave between Jackson St. and Courtland St.

TBA turned out to be later than anyone expected... nuff said.

Hanging with the shooters...

We don't get to hang out with other photographers much.

When we're shooting, our days are spent with each other plus stylists (props, wardrobe, food), writers, field editors, photo editors, designers, property owners, clients, assistants, assistant assistants, location people, talent (adults, children, animals), wranglers (children, animals and their parents/owners). But other photographers? Not so much...

Oh, we might run into one picking up/dropping off gear at PPR but beyond that?

So the Wholesome Wave Georgia Farm To Frame event Friday evening was a real blast.
So many great photos; so many amazing photographers.

After weeks of low autumn light, the sun sinks below the horizon and stays there during the depth of winter, but the scarce light has its subtle beauty as it falls on people's everyday life and the unique Arctic landscape.

As American representatives for this Norwegian film, Anthony-Masterson will be on hand to answer questions after the screening.
